Lost a car key? Did your car key break or get damaged? Need a spare? We are able to travel to your location and make a key on scene. We are able to do a wide range of vehicles (including chip keys,and laser-cut / high security keys) but there are some vehicles we cannot service.
Vehicle manufacturers that we DO NOT make keys/fobs for: Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Land Rover, Mini, Volkswagen, and Subaru.
We carry over 150 different types of car keys, fobs, fobiks and remotes. We generally have Ford and Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep remote head keys in stock. Many of our keys in stock are a plain looking key with a chip hidden inside the plastic head (shown in the images below).
If you are looking to get a key with buttons / remote, we will most likely need to special order one for you (which usually arrives within 3-4 business days).
Every key is different. 90% of cars that are 2000 and newer have a computer chip inside the key which needs to be programmed. Some car keys are laser-cut/high security which cannot be made on the standard equipment and cost more.
Some keys require an extensive amount of labor to be done to the vehicle's computer system which can be costly. There is no such thing as "just a plain simple key". Surprisingly older vehicle keys could cost more than a high-tech brand new vehicle's key.
We generally only make keys for vehicles that are the year 2005 and newer.
We DO NOT make motorcycle keys.
We DO NOT replace or repair ignitions or ignition switches.

Car Key Programming
Do you have a key already and just need to have it programmed? We may be able to help! There are many third party websites (amazon, ebay) that are selling aftermarket keys at a fraction of the cost. Some work great, and some do not. We cannot guarantee the quality of the key that you have purchased. Some keys are sold and shipped with the wrong chip needed for your vehicle. Some keys have the right chip, but are low quality and will snap or get damaged very quickly.
When we use a programmer which essentially is a tablet that connects to your car's computer, we get charged a fee as soon as our tablet establishes a connection to your cars computer. Therefore, whether the key you purchased through a third party works or not, you will still be liable for the service fee of $60 (if it is a key that Lockout Pros provides, you are not liable for the service fee).
The cost of car key programming can vary depending on the year make and model of your vehicle. Car key programming prices start at $100.
We only guarantee and provide a 1 Year Warranty on keys that are purchased through Lockout Pros. Third party keys provided by the customer are not guaranteed and do not come with a warranty through Lockout Pros.
